Privacy policy

We collect two kinds of information.

• What you send us. Your name, company or department, email address, phone number, the product you need, the quantity, where it should be delivered, when you need it, and whether it is a GeM order or bid. This arrives through the quote form, email, phone calls or WhatsApp.
• Server logs. This site is hosted by Netlify, which records standard technical data when a page is requested: your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. Netlify uses it to run and secure the service.

At the time of writing, this site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, we will update this page first.

The form does not send your details to a server. When you press Send enquiry, it opens your email app with the message filled in. Nothing reaches us until you send that email, and then it lands in our inbox at info@rajdip.co.

We use your information to:

• reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote;
• source the product and arrange delivery;
• issue invoices, delivery challans and other order paperwork;
• keep the business and tax records the law requires.

For orders on GeM, the portal handles your data under its own policies. We only see what GeM shows us as the seller.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only where the work needs it:

• suppliers, manufacturers and distributors, limited to what they need to quote or deliver (usually the product, quantity and delivery location);
• courier and logistics partners, for delivery;
• our accountants and tax or other authorities, where the law requires it;
• Netlify, which hosts this website, and our email provider.

The site links to WhatsApp and Google Maps. When you follow those links you are on their services, and their own privacy policies apply to what they collect.

Order records such as quotes, invoices and delivery documents are kept for as long as Indian tax and company law require. Enquiries that do not become orders are kept only as long as they are useful for following up, then deleted.

Enquiries are kept in our business email and records, and only the people who handle your order can see them. No system is perfectly secure. If a problem affects your information, we will tell you as the law requires.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you;
• correct or complete it;
• delete it;
• stop using it, by withdrawing your consent.

You can also raise a complaint with us. Write to info@rajdip.co and we will respond within the time the law requires.

This site is for businesses and is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

When our practices change, we will update this page and the date at the top.
